"Cuts and sefl-reflection"

We don’t often have a clear image of what we look like from behind — mostly because we rarely see ourselves in the mirror from that angle (at least not as often as we do from the front, right? 😁).
Because we’re not used to it, we might not even notice when it’s time for a trim or a cut — simply because we’re not looking back.
And if we take this idea of a "cut" in a figurative sense, life works much the same way. From time to time, we need to make certain cuts — remove situations (or even people) that no longer serve us or quietly weigh on our emotional well-being.
In my view, this process involves something even deeper: self-reflection. Not just glancing back, but truly pausing to examine our past with intention and honesty.
We often hear phrases like, “Forget the past. Don’t look back,” or “Focus only on the future.”
And while those words can be helpful in moments of emotional healing or trauma, I believe that in many situations, the past can be a powerful ally in personal growth — if we allow ourselves the time and space for self-reflection.
Only by looking back can we gain real clarity — identifying where we made mistakes, where we’ve evolved, and how our emotions and experiences have shaped us.
That kind of awareness helps us make better choices now — and plant seeds for a stronger, more conscious future.
That’s why I believe in making cuts — not just when I see split ends or feel my hair getting heavy...
But also when I feel that something in my life needs to be trimmed away, so my well-being can grow back stronger.
Thanks for reading!:) See you soon!
