About me

Great pleasure! My name is Lilian and I have a degree in Portuguese/English Literature, an entrepreneur and beauty professional for over 20 years.

I have always been a calm, observant, creative, but very inquisitive girl. I remember well how I questioned myself at school. Why did we have to go to school? Why didn't we have any other choice? Why study for so many years?

As I advanced to high school, these questions persisted, accompanied by others; questioned the education system and content.

Sometimes I felt like I had no choice in learning, as if my life was guided by incomprehensible rules.

After graduating, I took the leap into adult life, trying to work in companies. Despite my efforts, I didn't feel valued and, worse, I quickly lost my enthusiasm. Faced with social expectations of having a "good job" and achieving financial success, the pressure was unbearable.

I started working alongside my mother in her beauty salon. For her, it was the realization of a dream after retirement. For me, it was difficult to understand and see myself as "forced" to be there.

Surprisingly, I discovered and developed unknown skills, beginning a personal and professional transformation.

From being a helper at the beginning, I evolved, becoming autonomous to follow my heart, improving people's self-esteem.

Even with new ventures, I remained in the salon, my passion and therapy. Over the years, I followed my intuition, seeking joy and satisfaction.

I enjoyed the journey of evolution, learning through reading, stories and the constant search for knowledge.

I dedicate part of my time to developing new skills. In addition to my training and professional experience, I am a doctor, engineer, psychologist, designer, artist, among others.

Emotional intelligence was fundamental, allowing me to make informed decisions and face challenges as opportunities for growth.

Regardless of the stage of life, there is room for evolution and the search for happiness. You have the power to create your own path, follow your heart, and discover your passions.
